Power Compiler help needed

Hello . I am new to power compiler . I know that it is extension of design compiler ?

Can any one give me example of script to use and determine the power for the design ?

Can the power compiler do pre power analysis so that if P&R is done we know the no of vcc or ground pad needed ?
