Importing DXF file to Allegro Board File

allegro import dxf

Hi,
Iam trying to Import DXF file to allegro 15.2 Board file, when it imports main to main board file, main board file is missing and iam seen only dxf file. why this is happening? i want to over lap the dxf file and board file. How to solve this problem?

import dxf .cnv file allegro

when importing DXF file, you will enable the " incremental addition"

Hi,
I am also getting some problem while importing .dxf file to Allegro. Whenever i am importing the dxf file i am getting only outline,i am not getting the text which is in that dxf file.
So can any body help me to over come from this problem
I am using cadence v16.3.

Hi hanumagouda,

During the importing .dxf file, tick the check bos " use default text table".
