CMOS amplifierfor 4 given microphones

I want to design an amplifier for the four microphones(the pdf file which summarizes the specification of EK3133 microphone is attached).
1)The amplifier for the 4 microphones should reject the large common mode between microphones and then amplify the difference.
2)Secondly,there is a manafacturing mismatch between microphones.The amplifier has to take mismatch into account.
3)Last optional thing to do is to calculate one and four/two and three.
