Pls. help for the noise spice model of 0.6um CMOS

Dear all,
I am designing an amplifier with 0.6um CMOS. But there are no noise model in it. I hope to do some noise anlaysis. Can anyone give me some noise model of 0.6CMOS for refence? Alough it have some descrepancy for different 0.6um CMMOS process, i believe it will give us some help.
