phemt depletion mode

HI All,

Can someone please tell me how to turn-off my FET from a positive voltage, given that the FET is a depletion mode device.

Thanks

Hi;
Read the books written by Gonzalez and Vendelin.

bouchy,
A P-Channel depletion mode FET will turn off when a positive votage is applied. If the FET is an N-Channel, then you are stuck with using some sort of voltage translator that will provide a negative output when a positive input is applied.

Kral
