how to annotate the spef to primetime for STA?which command should need?
 

read_parasitics -path u0

i dont what you mean?
spef file can be generated in star_rcxt.
and it be read to primetime for STA
 

pt_shell> read_parasitics <DSPF, RSPF or SPEF file name>
 

Do u have manuals? let it tell u.

read_parasitics SPEF file_name
you may read the command using the MAN command, for example, man read_parasitics .
