Hi,

Now I am design one double balanced mixer,
using Schottky Barrier Diode Quads.

The final layout (draft) is attached.

Can anyone give me some advice on the following issues:
(1) Ribbon wire, Can I use Ribbon wire to cross another transmission
line vertically, or some angle (< 90) needed?

(2) Because, I have two balun, one for LO, another for RF,
which balun should I put the diode near to? RF one or LO one?

Thanks a lot.

Best Regards,
Tony
