I download Murata Inductor & Capacitor ADS Library.
When I applied these components for matching, it seems it can not be tuned by
"Tune Parameters" function. Can you do it ? How ? Thanks a lot.

No,

Because the values of components are fixed by database of Murata that is supplied with design kit. Therefore changing the values is not possible.
Instead of it, you may also use Murata's "chip library" to find the equivalent circuits of the standard components. You'll see that the results will be same and you will able to tune the ideal components' values in the simulation. You will be able to opportunity to get "Yield or Monte-Carlo analysis" by design variables.

But equivalent circuits RLC value will change with frequency.
So only can be matched for one frequency?

No I don't think so..
Yes RLC values are changed by frequency but meanwhile you should also find the correct valued component for your application. For instance if you need 3.9nH at 5.8GHz, you should choose approprite inductor value which gives you that value at that frequency. All the datas are interpolated in Murata's database so the program
can calculate the "value" when frequency slider is moved.

Otherwise you must use s-parameters but this more difficult.
