Basicly, th flicker noise is built in the model file. You can simulate the mos flicker noise using any simulator. Then you can calculate your circuit flicer noise. Also you can simulate the flicker using your simulator.
Often, the foundry such as tsmc provides the document describing the first
order equation how they model flicker noise.
But I'm wondering how we can seperate the flicker noise and thermal noise
in simulation?
Separate the flicker noise , and thermal nose :
You can reference the foundary doc ( they will defince the parameter of flick noise and thermal noise) , Example , Kf=0 , It mean no flick nose , You can Run your cicruit . It just have thermal noise , Then you addd kf paramter , That you can get the flock nose and thermnal noise
Do you mean I can get two kinds of model with or without flicker noise
from foundry? Or, I have to modify the Kf parameter manually in device
model file?
