Assura RCX error: Bad reture status from RCX run. 0x7e

assura rcx ksh

The Assura RCX can not run correctly, after LVS is clean.

The error message is

'sh: /ru_assura_lvs/design/rcx.sh: bad interpreter: No such file or directory
*WARNING* Bad reture status from RCX run. 0x7e '

who can help me ?

I use IC5033, Assura3.14, TSMC PDK.

Assura RCX problem

What kind of extraction are you trying to do? R, C, CC, RC, RCC ...
Sometimes, it happens to me, RCX cannot run because file generated are too huge.
Try to do just a C coupling extraction. I think it's a good start.
Let me know if you suceed to solve this.

I have solved this problem. It is the problem of kcshrc, the software need 'ksh' in /bin.
