Hi all there !!
Plz help me its been challenge for me and might be for u now ;) !!
i need to convert variable Duty Cycle TTL (e.g. 2MHz with 25%, 50% and 75% DC) data to Bipolar data of the same frequency. i.e. 0-5V data to ±5V. i would prefer using Opamps or transistors or any good suggesstion is welcome :).

i have checked opamp with dual supply, its ouput does not switch/change in response to such TTL signals even when DC voltage thresholds are applied both in Inv. as well as Non Inv. configurations.
Many many Thanks in advance.
