how can i restrict auto route (SPECCTRA ) not to make vai while autorouting
provide possible solution for this

possible solution is to restrict it to autoroute on single layer only...

select menu > vias for routing > deselect all vias

Another way is to make use of the net property named "max via count" to limit the maximum number of vias to be added.
