High linearity Amplifier

Hello @ all!

I am searching for references (papers, books) for amplifiers with similar specs to these:

10dBm input p1dB
8dB gain
20-200 MHz
50 Ohm differential input and 50 Ohm single ended output
5V supply
Noise Figure < 10 dB


Do you can help me with that? I am thinking of OPAmp techniques but the input linearity is very high...

hello , what is application for your product , Because the input power is very high ,
and the BW is 20~200MHZ is very difficult to implement .

we have do the op work on 30MHZ . like AD9875 , but it is a little different with your specific
