hi all,
i'm preparing my prototype to be manufactured. i generated the drill files and gerber files but when i used the GC-prevue to view the gerber files i found that the Solder layer(bottom) and Component layer are not alligned i.e there's an offset in dimentions.. could you know how could i solve it. or what's the error from?
notice: i'm using EAGLE V4.11e

The problem is likely to be the way the setup to make each gerber is done, CENTETRED, OFFSET...
GC-Preview has a offset/layer control to re-align them but I would do it in Eagle.

Simply select a known item that aligns on both/all layers by placing the curser near it, press control-N to centre on it, Z to zero.
Then move to the item that you wish to align to, control-n again & then O to ofsett & select all the layers that you wish to offset.

Or that was how to do it in the older version, I don't know about the current full of everything powerstation.

The PCB manufacturer will ofset these to line up, so don't be too worried.
