electronics devices by t.l.flyod

Hello,

can anyone recommend me good books for starting out in electronics, which ones are the most suitable for the beginner?

Best regards.

Hi,
As far as i'm concerned, i think Electronic Devices by FLOYD is one of the common electronic books for beginners.
I don't know about the links regards the other famous ebooks, but i think all those experts will inform you later.

For beginners I think Sedra's book is good.

Sedra deals with nonlinear devices and aproximates them in a linear way. Sedra-Smith book deals with diodes from the begining.

A very good start would be to learn linear theory in circuits. Svoboda book, even start from Forrest Mimms tutorials. Then Sedra comes next.

The Art of Electronics by Horowitz and Hill is excellent. I covers a lot of topics without going into a lot of excruciating detail or derivations.

2>T.l.flyod
3>millman& helkias
4>sedra and smith

Yep, Malvino’s book is best one for beginners. After that you can refer to Boylestead & Sedra & Smith for a better understanding.
