Photodiode SFH205FA in PSpice

I can't find photodiode sfh205fa in PSpice and I really need it. I also don't know how to model parts in PSpice. Can someone please help?
 

Find photo diode models at https://www.osram.com/os/tools-and-services/downloads/index.jsp

Basically a Si-diode + a current source to model the irradiation.

The basic diode without the current source looks like this

.model SFH205 D(IS=3.5e-11 N=1.01 IKF=6e-5 Rs=6.5 Cjo=73.01p M=0.452 
+ Vj=0.304 BV=200)

There's also a continuous discussion in Ltspice support forum about photodiode modelling.
