That microwave ovens do not operate at 2.45 GHz nor at resonance of the water molecule, being broadband emission and 2.45 GHz is a nominal figure to comply with license-free ISM bands.

Does anyone knows a link/site that would tell more about the broadband range in microwave ovens magnetrons ?

They operate just off the res freq for the water molecule - for operational food heating reasons ...!
