Hello,

Does anyone know how to plot Re(ExH*) in HFSS?

Thanks.

Welcome hvn4hvo,

HFSS conveniently computes the Poytning vector for you, so all you need to do is take the real part. In the field calculator, select the "Quantity" drop down, and then "Poynting". Then, select the "Complex" drop down and select "Real". Select the "Add" button in the top left to save the quantity.

Good Luck!
