I need to disassemble dumb file for Fujitsu MB91FXXX processor

I need to disassemble dumb file read from fujitsu MB91f067 .

I need to convert the .BIN file to a readable format . Because I am new to this I tried to search for disassembler or any reverse engineering tool to do that but I failed.

I don't know the processor architecture to find the suitable tool .

I am new to this as I said . I need any recommendations or any information can help me do the job .

Note : The processor is for gauges cluster and I need to do some changes on the eprom . but I cannot understand the binary file read from processor so I need to reverse engineer the file

The MB91f067 is a FLASH chip, what is the processor part number ?
