Wavetek 1175 Benchmark scalar network analyzer

Hi guys,
I've obtained bare Wavetek 1175 Benchmark scalar analyzer without any probe and manual.
The problem was in power supply, now is ok, and problems persist without probes ( Ch A and Ch B) and manual.
Wavetek description for probe is: Power sensor with dual balanced, zero bias, low barrier schottky diodes.
I cannot find original probes, but I will make probe, I have some experience with GHz milivoltmeter probes (HP3406A , TF2603 Marconi).
System have message : Absent probe, and probes detect is with 3 pins, microcontroller 87c196 on AD board.
I need service manual or the schematic diagram for original Wavetek probe.
Any help and advice is welcome.
