I am doing Switched Capacitor Filter design using Cadence Spectre.

After I replace ideal switches with switched capacitor clocked circuits and simulation using PSS/PAS the filter response is not as accurate as with ideal switches.

Should I increase the number of harmonics/sidebands using by PSS or PAC - or how do I solve this issue?

If switch resistance is relatively large it will bring to a more exponential settling which in turn will degrade or cause steeper roll-off in your filter frequency response.
