Any suggestion or reference for LNA, Mixer and Receiver's block diagram structure for a sub-6GHz 5G Base Station Transceiver?
 

Thanks for your reply. Actually I am seeking some circuit implementations of specially LNA (and Mixer) to reach such low NF specs for the applications.
 

Hmm, what you seek depends on which type of receiver structure do you want to use? Heterodyne, homodyne etc.

Receiver scheme changes depending on the modulation type and dynamic range that you require.

Look up papers in IEEE. Nobody will share the designs (or the intricacies of it) used in indutry.
