Need datasheets forToshiba TLC-341AK monochrome LCD display

I went through my parts bins and found these 2 nice LCD displays
that I could use for future projects but I could not find any specs or info
about them on the web.. Here is a picture:

I know they use Toshiba T6961A controllers but nothing more.
I suspect they are 128x128 but..
The best thing would be to get a vintage Toshiba TLC series LCD datasheets.
The I could figure how to address the 12 pin connector..
Anybody have info on these Toshiba LCD's ?

Almost certainly 128x128 from around 1999/2000 but probably not much use. The T696x series are just voltage drivers to the segments and backplane, they need a controller to provide pixel information and to refresh the display. You could use them but whether the complication of producing a driver circuit is worth it is debatable.
