Looking for a single SMD pin header

Looking to merge these two:

The first image is of a mill-max smd test points, but they are far smaller than regular pin headers. I'm going to use these as test points, but I want them to be SMD and single (not a row of 2.54mm pitch headers for instance). Can anyone help me find what I'm looking for?
 

We need to be able to connect a logic analyzer to them, which come with female connectors like these:

SMT pin headers are available with 2 positions minimal.
