Hi
Can anyone provide the circuit for Gaussian White noise source of frequency 6GHz?
What are the main components in a noise generator circuit. How we can incorporate different distribution functions in it. If I want a White Gaussian Noise with uniform density function what changes do I have to make in my circuit.

Any single resistor has thermal noise with gaussian probability density function, but noise is not a single frequency. Do you need 6HGz bandwidth for the power spectral density? What would you like to do with uniform density, how much power you need?

I found some of useful info from Noisecom
The heart of the AWGN noise source modules is Noise Diode Or zener Diode in breakdown region

Further my ques how to select zener diode based on our bandwidth requirement i.e. if I want to have 10Hz to 10GHz noise source and other 10Hz to 20GHz noise source, will the same zener diode work?

nd also How zener diode generates noise in breakdown region. In undergraduate we only have known zener diode as voltage regulator in reverse breakdown
