I recently got TI control card for F2837X cpu (https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSCNCD28379D)

I am using CCS as an IDE.

I am trying to first understand how to flash a simple LED blink program to the board and debug it. But struggling with it.

I connected the control card to computer with USB cable and tried to flash the program through CCS 9.0. I ended up with following issue...

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -2131 @ 0x0)
Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).
(Emulation package 8.4.0.00006)

How to resolve this issue? Any help will be appreciated.
