    trannoise result in HSPICE

    Hello all,

I am wondering if any body has the issue with very long simulation time because of very large values for node voltages in trannoise simulations? in a few samples of monte carlo simulation of trannoise very large values happened in voltages in different bandwidth values.

What type of circuit and how large is very large?

    Thanks for your reply.
one SRAM cell which is very small-size circuit. And the node voltage goes very high something like 1e+30. Something is wrong for sure since in reality node voltage can not go to this value.

Do you know how can I see the noise in different samples of Monte carlo simulation?
