Who knows which number does PT use for the sram clk-2-Q delay ?
there are 2 sets of number in the sram lib:
1. cell_rise/cell_fall
2. retaining_rise/retain_fall

for my understanding, cell_rise/cell_fall is for setup check and retaining_fall/retaining_rise is for hold check.
but I did an experiment, reporting report_delay_calculation, and seems that when checking setup, retaining_rise/retaining_fall is used
while checking hold, cell_rise/cell_fall is used.

which one is correct ??
