very simple and short inverter circuit

hai i have watched a video that display a circuit 1.5 to 220v ac inverter is it true plz must ans me if its true...
 

It is your video so you should know!

In truth, yes it will work but it will be very inefficient and the LED lamp will not light at full brightness.

First problem: Stepping the voltage up by 145 times also steps the current up by that amount, example for a 6W LED lamp, the current from the battery would have to be around 5 Amps for it to reach full brightness. A small battery like that one cannot sustain that current for long, even if it manages it from new.

Second problem: a self oscillating inverter like that will run at high frequency, probably several KHz. The rectifiers inside the lamp are rated for 50Hz or 60Hz so they will lose much of the available power as heat.

Third problem: Assuming around 1.5V average collector voltage and 5A collector current, the transistor will get extremely hot and need a heat sink.

The battery in the video title photo is a very powerful Lithium Ion 3.7V type but the battery later on is a weak little (AAA?) super heavy duty carbon-zinc 1.5V type.
The transformer is tiny.
Few English words were spoken in the video.
 

The video says in text and in speech to use a transfarmer and shows a dirty old soldering iron.
The video used parts from an "amputator". Be careful when you are near an amputator.
