conceptually, all capacitors "start" as parallel plate or some variant thereof,
such as concentric cylinders,
but it just gets complicated from there
in actual manufacture, many types add another layer of insulator outside a plate, and then roll it up
these tend to Al electrolytics, paper and various film types.
the flat parallel plates cover a large area and would have a bad form for assembly into a device
but when rolled up, a small area and a reasonable volume - a better form factor
rolling up like this adds a factor of 2.
you'll also need the relative permeability, so you will need to know the dielectric in between the plates
Not knowing the dielectric constant of the medium between the two conductors and the effective area it should not be possible to say any thing between the spacing between the two conductors.
Also the value of C = 0.00132 pF does not seem realistic as the stray capacitance contributed in a regular circuit may exceed this value.
