Hello, I'm a beginner I've ordered these infrared LEDs boards and tried to power them with a 12V battery but the leds won't turn on. Any idea?

Besides other possible problems, 23A 12V battery is designed for low mA current. It can hardly deliver 320 mA required by the LED board.

The board has apparently a built-in twilight switch. Are sure it's activated while ambient light is present?
