Hi,
We need a rough voltage bus of 300V, 900W (250V-350V is fine)
Vin is post PFC bus of 380VDC
We wish to use a ICE1HS01G based LLC resonant converter. The loads are multiple 20W LED lamps which are fixed power but occasionally dim up and down.
With such a high Vout, then considering all loads suddenly turn off (sudden no load), then we anticipate a sudden high excursion of vout. As such, we will add an output divider to trip a comparator and go through a digital isolator to pull down the VINS pin of ice1hs01g for immediate cessation of switching.
Would you say this was a good idea?….i mean LLC converters don’t operate in current mode, and as such we feel transient response will be poor…would you agree?
