hi,
i am design 3V battery operated system, in series of battery one resister required ,full system operated 200mA this resistor can burn more than 300ma current flow,
which resistor i am select and calculation also Gide me

in the absence of a schematic, i assume the the load is in series with the resistor in series with the battery
therefore, your circuit looks like a battery with two resistors, all in series

the current out of the battery and the current in the series resistor and the current in the load are all the same.
one cannot be 200 mA while the other is 300 mA

for better help. please provide a schematic,
or sketch out what you are thinking about the connections between the battery, the series resistor and the load.
