Do you know the efficiency vs output load for this dcdc module?

..the datasheet doesnt say. It only says "up to 82%"
Its the PDS1-S12-D15-M one

Also, the lack of an input capacitor at the input terminals of the ISE series seems very odd (diagram at bottom of last page).Last edited by treez; 24th November 2019 at 21:03.

if the "typ" eff is 82% then this is probably at half to 3/4 load
you can expect the eff to range from 0% @ no load, to ~50% at 25% load, to 82% at 50-75% load and then dropping to 75% at full load
easy to measure if you have one ...
