Hi, I am operating my PA in compression, hence output is not sinusoidal anymore. I think it has harmonics, any techniques to eliminate these harmonics? Thanks in advance.

You can filter them out..or you can also apply linearization techniques or you can use more linear device with an appropriate biasing.

Use resonator tank, if your PA is for narrowband application.
Otherwise, use low pass filter.

Surely learn very basic things before EDA Tool Play.
