Hi,

What will be the best and low-budget educational materials and platforms?
Learning materials and platforms as in books, simulation softwares, development kits (from which manufacturers?), affordable tools.

What I already know:
1. C and C++ programming.
2. Python
3. Built a few projects with Arduino
4. Raspberry Pi

Can anyone suggest educational, effective and practical ways to get myself familiarize in embedded system environment (in both hardware and software)?

Thanks in advance.

I can recommend the O'Reilly book "Making Embedded Systems" by Elecia White as a general resource for embedded programming.

For a book that focuses more on specific hardware, see the Embedded Systems books (intro to cortex-m microcontrollers, real-time interfacing to cortex-m microcontrollers and real-time operating systems for cortex-m microcontrollers) by Jonathan Valvano. I've only read the last one but it focuses on specific hardware and I was easily able to find the dev kit mentioned in the text. Obviously, these all focus on ARM Cortex-M.
