Snubberless Triac availability

Hi,

I have been trying to use Snubberless triac from ST like T1635 to turn on Lighting, Fan loads, and they work fine, however availability and price has been a problem, Is there a different manufacturer who makes similar triacs, and 2A load capacity would be sufficient. Need to avoid snubber circuit as I do not want live wire at load through a res/cap when power is in off condition.
