Hello,

I am having some issues with TSMC65nm CRN65LP PDK Calibre and PEX Issues - mainly setitng up PEX for Calibre and TSMC65nm CRN65LP PDK for HCell/Xcell and avoiding the double counting of RF components.

Is there anyone who has used TSMC65nm CRN65LP PDK who can help me with these issues ?

Thank you.

This post at Mentor Communities webpage may help you:

This post gives some pointers to the documentation, and explains the idea and flow.

The basic idea is that you want to black-box (or grey-box - depending on terminology and on vendor), i.e. exclude form parasitic extraction, circuits/blocks that are described by compact modes that include parasitics - to avoid parasitics double-counting.
