Hello guys,
I have some questions about rectifier design which working on 2.4GHz band.
the Schottky diode which will be used will be HSMS_2850.
i am planning to to use charge pump to increase the voltage as well.
1- how to calculate the capacitor value in each stage ( what is the formula used) ?
2- how much dbm power should i use in source ?
3- what are the parameters which should i use in simulation??
I hope i can get some help from you guys because i must do this and fabricate it within 1 month or i will fail in my project. i am stuck?.
