How to Check TID effect Using Sentaurus TCAD?

Hi,

I would like to check TID effect of my Device Structure using Sentaurus. I checked built-in examples they used fixed charge method :

Code:
Physics (MaterialInterface= "Silicon/Oxide" ) { Traps (FixedCharge Conc=1e12) }
Physics (MaterialInterface= "Oxide" ) {Traps (FixedCharge Conc=2e17) }

how to specify the value of fixed charge Conc? is there any relation between this charge(1e12) and radiation dose (100krad)?

is there any other model to check the TID effect? I want to apply radiation directly and check the Id-Vg curve for different values of dose. like as: 100krad, 200Mrad, 700Mrad etc
