Hi All

Is UVM free license? If so, can anyone tell me how to use it?

also, if it is free, how can they make money out of it?

It's released with the Apache 2.0 license

You can find information about using it here.

Although there are ways to run some UVM code freely, commercial projects need commercial software to run, analyze and debug.
