Hello

It is labeled U4 I do not think it's a transistor ):
 

If you aer not sure about what kind of component it is, so check what devices are surrounding this one to have an insight of its function on the circuit, as for example if it is in series or parallel with something, if it is in the input or output circuitry, etc...no need to make a deep survey.
 

can you see in the photo it's right after the battery and before U5
