How can we characterize "Z" state of tristate buffers using hspice.
Trying with ammeter connecting at output .
To calculate current at output node, have to create a voltage source at output by this:: VZ Z 0 dc 0
but by doing this i am explicitly assigning output node Z to 0 logic then how can i calculate current.

You can measure the current source current. Leakage of tristate output should be measured for gnd and vdd potential.

Thank You :)
I checked it and its working.
Is there any other method also to characterize z state apart from ammeter.
