Dear Sir,

Manipulation of S-parameters from a dataset and re-assemblying them to a new dataset.

I just want to realize such effect:
1, load a dataset from DAC.
2, Extract S-parameters from the dataset.
3, Do some manipulations to each element of the S-parameters. Such as conjugate.
4, Re-assembly the new elements to a new S-parameters, then finally a new dataset.
5, Above effects should be realized by AEL at best. AEL in Var or Eqn module is fine.

I could load the elements of each element of the S-parameters from a dataset form a DAC, then the following Var module:
file{DAC1, "S[1,1]"}... similar for the rest.

Plz tell me how to realized the whole effects.
Thank you.

Jade

What tool do you use ?
I assume you use Keydight ADS.

You don’t have to do run simulator using DAC.
What you want to do is possible in Data Display Window.
Use stos() function.
