Transmitter circuit output

Hi

I am observing a Tx output where sometimes the output is pulled directly down to 0V while in other cases, it goes slowly to ground making a trajectory.
What causes this behaviour.
 

You forgot to mention the involved interface standard, apparently it's tri-stated.
