    Lowcost Voltage Controled Oscillator?

Advise a cheap VCO Voltace controled oscilator any as Mini circuit ROP-xxxx , but significantly cheaper for example
    for frequency 900-1000MHz
    for frequency 1500-1700MHz
    for frequency 1750-1900MHz
    for frequency 2200-2500MHz

    Re: Lowcost Voltage Controled Oscillator?

Do you prefer a sine wave generator?
For the GHz range I suppose you need the fewest components, and fastest components.

The twin-T is feasible. It has only one transistor. Its frequency can be made to vary with the supply voltage.

As supply varies from 2 to 8V, frequency goes from 25 to 30 MHz.
