problem about inverter

I have just designed an inverter using spwm method. but the output is square sine wave. I used filters.Can you help me?.

The schematics and oscilloscope screenshots should be appended to your post, not stored on a filesharing server, review forum rules.

The information is also incomplete, I don't see a filter circuit or connected load, if any. The modulation scheme isn't completely clear, you should clarify relation of screenshots to signals.
 

The 2.2uF directly across the H bridge is a bad idea

The mosfets will surely die with no heat-sinking on them

Your power circuitry is too open - it will surely cause RFI type interference to other parts of your control ckt

are you trying for sine wave out ? if so you have some way to go with your control ...
