When is power too high for BCM Boost PFC and CCM Boost PFC is more efficient?

For 240VAC mains, what do you reckon is the transition point where you should change from BCM or DCM Boost PFC to CCM Boost PFC?... from the point of view of efficiency.
As you know, the trade off is between reverse recovery of the output diode, the core loss in the boost inductor , etc etc

3 phase interleaved up to 1.6kW easily, in fact we would do 3kW this way off 230v single phase mains if we had a client call for it - low RFI and it just works really well...!
