Why can't extract internal MNA matrices using geometrical description on Hspice

Dear All,

I'm used to implementing tools in hspice that extract TL parameters using bilt-in solver of w-element.

As for now, the requirement is to extract the internal Hspice MNA matrices for a given geometrical description of microstrip. To the best of my knowledge, Hspice extract MNA internally. However, I'm still looking for a way to reach these extracted MNA.

I run out of ideas, any suggestions please ?
