Hi, I am looking for BAT41 cheap diode alternatives for my charge pumps in this circuit.
I have put there the 1n5711 and 1n5712. Bur all of these diodes cost about 10 Euros per 100 pieces.
I need 400 pieces of such a diode so I am looking for really cheap alternatives.
Any ideas? ebay is my main source.

BAT85 is cheaper but you can use any small signal Schottky diode with more than about 15V PIV and 20mA current rating. In this application there are no special requirements, they are only used for reverse voltage protection on the RS232 interface and as low voltage & current rectifiers.
